V. Todd & Co. is an AIA-award-winning general contracting firm based in Durham. The priority at V. Todd & Co. is to serve as a resource for both the client and the architect by creating a team of carpenters, tradesmen, and artisans who work together on a project to ensure every detail is addressed and carefully crafted. Each project, inspired by our clients’ visions, is exceptional and elaborately tailored homes. V. Todd & Company executes the intention of the design through a streamlined building experience of open communication, cooperation, and exquisite construction.
V. Todd & Co. was founded in Durham, New Hampshire by Vince Todd in 1986. Prior to starting V. Todd & Co., Vince studied architecture at Wentworth, and then went on to work in residential construction in Boston for almost a decade, learning the ropes from some of the finest carpenters on the East Coast. Vince’s father was one of the lead architects for the state of New York and the University of New Hampshire, and Vince credits his formal education, as well as his personal background, for his keen eye for design, composition, materials, and methods.
V. Todd & Co. is proud to have built some of the most iconic and sophisticated homes in the Seacoast area. The company has worked on a wide variety of homes, but we specialize in high-end custom construction, extensive renovations, and historic restorations.
